Richard Wolf Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program: Make Your Own History

Are you eager to kickstart your career in manufacturing while pursuing a degree or certificate?  Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation is proud to offer both a 1-year and 3-year Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program. This opportunity is designed to provide aspiring individuals with hands-on experience, invaluable skills, and a pathway to a successful career in the manufacturing industry.

Hands-On Learning: Our apprenticeship program is built on a foundation of practical, real-world experiences. You will have the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining insights and mastering the skills required for a thriving career in manufacturing.

Education: Apprentices will attend classes at a local College combined with onsite on-the-job training. Richard Wolf pays your way, covering your tuition, fees, and books. In addition, we pay for your school and work time.

Mentorship and Support: You won't be alone on this journey. Our experienced employees are dedicated to guiding you every step of the way. Benefit from their wealth of knowledge and industry insights, establishing a strong foundation for your career.

Career Advancement: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll be offered a full-time position within our company. We value the talent and dedication of our apprentices and are committed to fostering long-term relationships.

Upon Graduation, You Will Have:

Manufacturing Production Certificate or Associate Degree: Choose between a one-year program leading to a Manufacturing Production Certificate or a three-year program culminating in an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Manufacturing Technology.

Technical Skills: Acquire advanced technical skills using precision instruments and imaging equipment, positioning yourself as a valuable asset in the medical industry.

Hands-On Experience: Gain invaluable on-the-job experience, preparing you for a successful career in manufacturing.

National and International Recognition: Earn a nationally recognized certification from the US Department of Labor upon completion of the one-year and three-year program. Graduates of the three-year program will also receive the internationally recognized DIHK Certification that indicates the training they received adhered to German standards.
