ICATT at Richard Wolf: Taking a Different Path to Success

The Richard Wolf Apprenticeship Program will jumpstart your career.
Would you like to gain valuable work experience while getting your degree? At Richard Wolf Medical Instruments, you can combine on-the-job training with a college education through our three-year apprenticeship program.

Each year of the program, you will attend two condensed, eight-week semesters at the local college, followed by onsite on-the-job training. Richard Wolf pays your way, covering your tuition, fees, and books, in addition, we provide you with a stipend for school semesters and a paycheck for your work time. Unlike with many other apprenticeship programs, our apprentices also qualify for all Richard Wolf employee benefits, including medical insurance and vacation time.
 

When you graduate, you will have an associate degree, advanced technical skills, and an excellent future in the medical industry…with no college debt. Plus, you will have two years of guaranteed employment with the company.

When you graduate from the Richard Wolf Apprenticeship Program, you will have:

  • An Associate of Applied Science Degree in Manufacturing Technology

  • A nationally recognized certification from the US Department of Labor

  • State-of-the-art technical skills with precision instruments and imaging equipment

  • Hands-on training on a wide range of manufacturing tools and machinery

  • Three years of on-the-job experience
