News from America At the end of last year Richard Wolf Brazil was happy to welcome Mr. Donald Smolin, responsible for technical support and trainings, to hold service workshops in different states of Brazil. Belo Horizonte The prelude to the tour was Belo Horizonte. There, the service engineers from various local hospitals were able to familiarize themselves with the numerous technical advan- tages of Richard Wolf products. Porto Alegre Next stop was Porto Alegre, where the team of Richard Wolf met with service engineers from renowned hospitals from the entire state of Rio Grande do Sul, the southern region of Brazil. The event was a great success! Richard Wolf was able to conclude two deals for ENDOCAM Logic HD Systems. Rio de Janeiro The final customer event of this journey took place in Rio de Janeiro. Besides the lecture of Mr. Donald Smolin, our local distributor "E. Tamussino & Cia Ltda" invited two more top-notch professionals to give talks at our event: Mr. Filipe Spinola from the company Grenke and service engineer Mr. Leandro Philip from ABEClin, the Brazilian Association of Clinical Engineers, who also generously supported the event. We thank Mr. Donald Smolin and our retailers for their great efforts to realize all the mentioned events in a short time period with great success. Coming together again this year will be a great pleasure.
