Laparoscopy/ThoracoscopyEquine labaroscopy is becoming more and more important. The minimally invasive procedure offers many advantages in abdominal surgery which are not possible with conventional open surgery techniques. In relation to a variety of indications, laparoscopy opens up the option to operate on the standing horse. This minimises the OP risk, as no general anaestethic need be administered.
