We provide you with the required packaging and labels. You put the package together - we arrange for everything to be picked up and return it in the same way. And it's all free, of course.

During the period of warranty, we will supply you with a device on loan. Please make sure you can give us the type and serial number.

• Basics of shock waves
• Basics of ultrasound (optional)
• Handling, functions, design, recognising problems, maintenance, upkeep, support of first-line service and practical exercises.

Service training fees for ESWL:

The fee for the 5-day ESWL training course is € 1,000 per person, plus VAT. This includes the costs of training documentation, snacks, midday meal, drinks and hotel stay. Training begins on a Monday at 9:00 and is completed on Friday around 2.00 pm.

Organization:

To allow us to plan efficiently, please register for courses at least four weeks before commencement of training. For organizational reasons, registrations received later than this cannot be accepted. Training courses can only be held if there are enough participants so that even confirmed courses may be cancelled at short notice.

If registered participants do not take part in a training course, we will invoice 50% of the fee.
