UreterorenoscopyAside from the obvious diagnostic purposes, uretero-renoscopy is used primarily for therapy. The great success of the Richard Wolf uretero-renoscopes is enabled largely by the miniaturization and improvement of the optical systems. The uretero-renoscopes (URS) were continuously improved in line with the rising demands placed on design, quality and user-friendliness. Due to their high-grade materials and extraordinary patient protection, these systems are in worldwide use. Uretero-renoscopes from Richard Wolf are the OR systems preferred by urologists. MEGA Pulse Stone LaserDesktop stone laser for laser lithotripsy of all urinary stones in the entire urinary tract
The new Richard Wolf MegaPulse stone laser was developed as a desktop stone laser for laser lithotripsy of all urinary stones in the entire urinary tract. This small desktop device finds plenty of room on the video trolley or on a small side table. Its intuitive control concept and illuminated touch screen in conjunction with large menu buttons make it easy and safe to operate even in a darkened OR.
The MegaPulse stone laser from Richard Wolf is highly compatible in terms of the laser system and instrument set. You can put together special combinations for the various applications.
New uretero-renoscopes from R. WOLFExternally the new, slimmer design is immediately apparent, as well as the use of high tech light materials. The instrument port at the proximal end of the working channel for rigid instruments has been replaced by an automatic fast-action valve. The sheath tube now has a profiled distal end that is twice as long as well as a generally slimmer, tapered profile and a smaller outside diameter. All of this conceals a significantly larger image guide with up to 50.000 pixels. Convince yourself about it and don't begrudge yourself progress!
Our goal - to make the best even better.
Flexible Fibre Uretero-Renoscope 270°It has always been our goal to continuously further develop instruments and endoscopes and to let new technologies and findings of the clinical routine flow into this development. Apart from the clear improvement of optical visibility, it was especially important to design the distal angulation so that you can penetrate into those regions of the kidney that have been more or less concealed from you up to now. We think we have reached our goal once again with a bilateral angulation of more than 270°.
