Target group:

Technical staff of our sales partners and clinic technicians / engineers.We divide our Service trainings in two categories.

  • Basic training for engineers with little or without specific experience of the listed R. WOLF devices
  • Advanced training for engineers who are already experienced with R. WOLF devices and want to be informed about new products and devices for special applications

Advanced training take place in the week after a basic training. Those participants who took part in a basic training and want to be informed about our latest electro medical device range are also more than welcome to join the Advanced training.

Content of Basic training:

3-days training:

First level of troubleshooting for Richard Wolf single device in functions, checks and care, failure avoidance, module exchange and repair of light sources, endocams, insufflator and pumps. Wiring of videotrolley.

Content of Advanced training:

4-days training:

Functions, checks and care, failure avoidance. Second level of troubleshooting for Richard Wolf system and system combination. Module exchange and repair of our latest products.

 

Technical Service Trainings for ESWT/Piezoson/Piezowave are available on request.

Special Trainings on-site:

If there is an adequate number of participants, training courses can also be held locally. Please enter this request in the „Comment“ field or contact us directly.

Fees:

There are no seminar fees for our sales partners, if the training takes place in our training center in Knittlingen. Also the costs for training documentation, hotel/ breakfast and lunch will be borne by R. WOLF GmbH.

Just travelling costs, additional meals, telephone and minibar at the hotel must be borne by the participants themselves.
