Solo Surgery
Increasing standardisation is reflected in the rising number of operations that can be performed as solo surgery. ENDOmotion support armA freely positionable support arm for holding laparoscopy telescopes which provides high stability of the video-endoscopic image. You save valuable operating time because the secure fixing of your telescopes enables you to perform the operation without fatigue. Naturally retractor systems or other auxiliary instruments can also be held using the system. The ENDOmotion support arm consists of 6 articulated joints connected with one another by a series of tubes. When the control handle is squeezed all joints of the ENDOmotion support arm are unlocked and enable it to be moved freely. Releasing the handle firmly locks all joints instantly. The support arm can be fitted to and removed from all standard OR table rails in seconds. The ENDOmotion support arm is a mechanical fixing device which, requires neither electric power nor compressed air it can also be fitted without difficulty to treatment couches or similar. |
